Job summary

Greene King in Camden Town is seeking a proactive Team Leader to drive service excellence on shift. You will lead by example, ensuring the team delivers heartfelt customer experiences, maintains high standards, and keeps the bar running like clockwork.

You will deputise for the management team, organise the team during busy periods, keep the bar safe, legal and clean, and support colleagues with a positive can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit.
• Deputise for the management team and resolve any issues that arise in their absence.
• Help organise and coordinate the team during a busy shift, making sure everything runs like clockwork.
• Make sure the bar is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with as quickly and safely as possible.
