Shepherd Neame Limited is seeking a Team Leader at The Windsor Castle in Carshalton to lead the bar team and support the General Manager in daily operations. You’ll set the tone for guest service, motivate staff, and ensure high standards across service, cleanliness, and safety.

Qualifications

• Experience leading bar or hospitality teams with a coaching mindset.
• Strong customer service ethic and ability to resolve issues quickly.

Responsibilities
