Shepherd Neame’s White Horse & Bower in London is seeking a Bar Team Member to welcome guests, deliver great service, and create memorable experiences. Join Britain’s oldest brewer and enjoy a flexible, part-time role with plenty of opportunities to learn and grow.

Where You’ll Be Working

The White Horse & Bower is a friendly local in the heart of London and close to the Houses of Parliament in Westminster. It is a short walk from Victoria Station, St James’ Park and London’s famous Tate Britain so we have a very diverse customer base and a warm welcome together with great food and drink is on offer to all when you arrive.

• Welcome every guest with warmth and genuine hospitality.
• Create a positive atmosphere by engaging with customers and anticipating their needs.
• Serve drinks and food promptly and professionally.
• Keep the bar area clean, tidy, and well-stocked throughout your shift.
• Work as part of a supportive team to deliver exceptional experiences.
