Job summary

Shepherd Neame in London is seeking a Team Leader at the East India Arms to guide the bar team and support the General Manager in daily operations. Located on Fenchurch Street, this traditional pub offers a welcoming, vibrant environment for traders and visitors.

You will lead by example, motivate staff, manage stock and safety, and ensure outstanding guest experiences while upholding our standards and values.

Responsibilities
