Job summary

Shepherd Neame Limited is seeking a Bar Team Member on a part-time, permanent basis. This role focuses on greeting guests, delivering friendly service, and creating memorable experiences in a historic pub setting.

No experience? No problem — training is provided and you’ll build skills in hospitality, teamwork, and guest engagement while contributing to a warm, welcoming atmosphere at the Crown in Blackheath.

Where You’ll Be Working

A former coaching inn dating back to the 16th century, the Crown is at the heart of bustling Blackheath Village, with an alfresco area at the front of the pub providing the perfect spot for soaking up Blackheath’s cosmopolitan atmosphere.
