Shepherd Neame is seeking a Bar Team Member at The Woolpack in Banstead to greet guests warmly and deliver excellent service. You’ll be part of a stable, historic brewing company at a busy village pub, welcoming customers and supporting the team with a range of drinks and food service.

No experience is required—training is provided. If you enjoy lively hospitality and helping guests feel valued, join a storied brewer with a long-standing pub network.

The Woolpack is located at the heart of Banstead and is a community locals pub that can trace its roots back to the 18th century. It is set at the heart of village life, offering a varied menu of freshly cooked food and also for serving superb real ales and lagers from Shepherd Neame, Britain’s oldest brewer.
