SSP is seeking a Bar Supervisor for Dickens Inn, at St. Katharine's Docks, London, on a fixed-term contract until December 2026. The role involves leading a busy bar team, opening/closing duties, and delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Ideal candidates are 18+, have prior bar leadership experience, and can thrive under busy conditions. There are opportunities for tips, service charges, discounts, and ongoing training through SSP.

BAR SUPERVISOR - DICKEN'S INN, ST.KATHERINE'S DOCKS, LONDON
Fixed term contract until end of December 2026!

Pay Rate: £14.33 per hour,Full Time(30-40hrs)roles available.

Opportunity to earn extra tips and service charge *

Shift times between 10 am and 12 am. Working flexibly across weekdays, weekends, bank and public holidays.

ABOUT YOU:

• Due to some responsibilities within the Bar Supervisorrole, applicants will need to be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts.
• Previous experience leading a team in a busy bar or hospitality environment is essential for this role.

ABOUT THE BAR SUPERVISOR ROLE:

• Take ownership of opening, closing, and daily operations while solving problems on the go.
• Lead your team through busy shifts, keeping the energy high and the atmosphere positive.
• Inspire your team to deliver great customer service, be the go-to person for customer and team queries.
• Results focussed, staying informed about unit performance and championing improvements.
• Work alongside the team during busy shifts, leading by example and taking a hands-on approach.
• Support with day-to-day tasks across the unit to keep service running smoothly and efficiently.
• Help your team stay organised, motivated and focused throughout the shift.
