Job summary

SSP is seeking a Bar Supervisor for Dickens Inn, St. Katharine's Docks, London, on a fixed-term contract until December 2026. The role pays £14.33 per hour for full-time hours (30-40 per week) with potential tips and service charge.

You will lead a busy team, ensure smooth opening/closing, and deliver excellent guest service across a fast-paced setting. Candidates should have prior leadership experience in busy bar or hospitality environments, be 18+, and ready to work across weekdays, weekends,

• Take ownership of opening, closing, and daily operations while solving problems on the go.
• Lead your team through busy shifts, keeping energy high and atmosphere positive.
• Inspire your team to deliver great customer service and be the go-to person for queries.
• Monitor unit performance and champion improvements.
• Work hands-on during busy shifts to keep service running smoothly.
• Support day-to-day tasks across the unit to maintain efficiency.
• Help your team stay organised, motivated and focused during shifts.

Pay Rate: £14.33 per hour,Full Time(30-40hrs)roles available.

Shift times between 10 am and 12 am. Working flexibly across weekdays, weekends, bank and public holidays.
