SSP at Manchester Airport is seeking a proactive Supervisor to lead busy bar operations and deliver exceptional hospitality across peak hours.

You will oversee opening and closing tasks, manage a team during demanding shifts, and ensure top customer service. The role rewards leadership with progression opportunities and exposure to iconic brands within SSP’s network.

Qualifications

• Experience in busy bar/restaurant environments.
• 5 years of references and Criminal Record Check required.
• Due to role responsibilities, applicants must be 18+.

SUPERVISOR - BARS - MANCHESTER AIRPORT

Rate of pay is £13.75 per hour+ as a little incentive, you will earn an extra £1.50 per hour for hours worked between midnight and 6am, bringing your rate of pay to £15.25 per hour.

Hours of operation are 3am to 11pm. Working flexibly across weekdays, weekends, bank and public holidays.

ABOUT YOU:

• Hospitality moves fast - and so do you! If you thrive on action, love leading people, and want to make an impact every day, our Supervisor role's got your name on it.
• Experience working in busy bar/restaurant is desired.
• 5 years of references and Criminal Record Check required.
• Due to some responsibilities within theSupervisor role, applicants will need to be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts.

ABOUT THE SUPERVISOR ROLE:

• Take ownership of opening, closing, and daily operations while solving problems on the fly.
• Lead your team through busy shifts, keeping the energy high and the atmosphere positive.
• Inspire your team to deliver great customer service, be the go-to person for customer and team queries.
• Results-focused, staying informed about unit performance and championing improvements.
• Previous experience leading a team in busy Hospitality/restaurant is ideal and/or and if you've tackled night shifts before, even better!
