SSP Food Travel Experts is hiring a Bar Supervisor for Dickens Inn at St. Katherine's Docks, London. This fixed-term contract runs until the end of December 2026, with a pay rate of £14.33 per hour for full-time roles (30–40 hours).

Shift times between 10 am and 12 am. Working flexibly across weekdays, weekends, bank and public holidays.

ABOUT YOU:

• Due to some responsibilities within the Bar Supervisor

role, applicants will

need to be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts.

• Previous experience leading a team in a busy bar or hospitality environment is essential for this role.

• Lead your team through busy shifts, keeping the energy high and the atmosphere positive.
• Inspire your team to deliver great customer service, be the go-to person for customer and team queries.

• Work alongside the team during busy shifts, leading by example and taking a hands-on approach.
• Support with day-to-day tasks across the unit to keep service running smoothly and efficiently.
• Help your team stay organised, motivated and focused throughout the shift.
