Greene King's Chef & Brewer brand is seeking a Team Leader to guide a busy pub shift with energy and care. You’ll ensure excellent customer service, lead by example, and keep the bar running smoothly by coordinating the team, maintaining standards and safety.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role within a pub/restaurant environment.
• Ability to lead a team during busy shifts and deputise for management.
• Knowledge of safety, legal, and allergen controls relevant to food & drinks service.

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience on every visit.
• Deputise for management and resolve issues during the shift.
