Job summary

Greene King in London is looking for a Team Leader to guide a busy shift, ensuring the team has what they need and runs like clockwork. You will uphold high standards and make sure customers are kept happy by delivering a heartfelt and memorable experience from the moment they walk in.

You will deputise for the management team, organise and coordinate the team during peak times, and keep the bar safe, legal and clean.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail to ensure every pint is poured to perfection.

• Ability to think on your feet and adapt during busy shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each time they visit.

• Make sure the bar is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with quickly and safely.
