Hungry Horse is seeking a Team Leader to guide a busy shift, ensuring the team has what they need and customers receive a warm, memorable experience. You will deputise for management, resolve issues in their absence, and keep the bar safe, legal, and running like clockwork.

Bring a strong eye for detail, excellent service mindset, and the ability to think quickly on your feet. English proficiency is essential to communicate clearly and uphold allergen controls.

Qualifications

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit.
• Deputise for the management team and resolve any issues that arise in their absence.
• Help organise and coordinate the team during a busy shift, making sure everything runs like clockwork.
• Make sure the bar is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with as quickly and safely as possible.
