Hungry Horse is seeking a Team Leader to guide the shift, ensuring the team has everything needed to run smoothly and maintain high standards. You will keep customers happy and set an example for excellent service in a busy pub environment.

You will deputise for management, coordinate the team during peak periods, and ensure the bar operates safely and compliantly while delivering a warm welcome to guests.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Proven ability to deliver high standards of service.
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Proactive in organising shifts and supporting the team.
