You will support the management team, coordinate staff during busy periods, and maintain a safe, legal, and clean bar environment. Strong English, a positive attitude, and frontline leadership are essential for success.

You’ll be expected to model great service, handle challenges on your feet, and help foster a welcoming atmosphere for customers and colleagues alike.

Responsibilities

• Deputise for the management team and resolve any issues that arise in their absence.
• Help organise and coordinate the team during a busy shift, making sure everything runs like clockwork.
• Make sure the bar is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with as quickly and safely as possible.
