Hungry Horse BRA_104 is seeking a Team Leader to guide the shift, uphold standards, and keep customers happy. You’ll deputise for management, organise the team during busy periods, and ensure the bar and venue remain safe, compliant and welcoming for all guests.

You’ll bring energy, attention to detail and a proactive approach to resolving issues while maintaining excellent service and team morale on every shift.

Qualifications

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience.
• Deputise for the management team and resolve issues in their absence.
• Help organise and coordinate the team during a busy shift.
