I am looking for a Bar Manager to join a beautiful, character-filled bar in London. Spread over two floors with a stylish restaurant and private dining room, this is no ordinary pub — it’s a vibrant, food-led venue working with one of London’s leading chefs and picking up awards along the way.

This role is all about upholding high service standards, strong bar and BOH management skills, and delivering a seamless guest experience in a fast-paced, quality environment.

Responsibilities

• Uphold high service standards in a fast-paced, quality environment.
• Manage bar operations and BOH (back of house) functions.
• Lead and develop the front-of-house team, training junior members as needed.
• Ensure seamless guest experiences and high-quality service.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a quality, high-volume bar or gastropub.
