Job summary

Teleperformance in Glasgow is seeking a Customer Expert to handle inbound calls and chats for Virgin Money/Nationwide. Fixed weekly hours and a start date of 11 January 2027 with on-site training at the client’s office on Bothwell Street.

The role is a full-time 40-hour week with a Glasgow Cuprum Building location and a non-work-from-home policy. Initial training occurs at the client site, and you’ll support customer loyalty through outstanding service.
