Job summary

Teleperformance Ltd. in Glasgow is seeking a customer service representative to handle inbound calls and chats for Virgin Money/Nationwide. The role starts 11 January 2027 and is a full-time permanent position with 40 hours per week.

Work will be based at the client site in Glasgow, with initial training at the client’s office. Shifts are Monday to Friday, 8.00 am - 6.00 pm. You will build loyalty by delivering exceptional service and promoting suitable products.
