Job summary

Lloyds Banking Group in Malvern/Worcester is seeking a full-time Customer Support advisor to work 35 hours per week across our branches, including Saturdays.

You’ll provide face-to-face help to customers, handle everyday banking tasks, promote digital services, and build confidence for customers using online and mobile banking.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months of customer service experience.
• Be a people person who cares about helping customers with their finances.
• Able to quickly build relationships to provide a fantastic customer experience.
