Job summary

Teleperformance in Glasgow is seeking a Customer Expert to handle inbound calls and chats for Virgin Money/Nationwide. You will protect and develop customer loyalty through outstanding service, addressing banking enquiries and promoting suitable products.

The role is full-time, based at the Glasgow Cuprum Building with initial training on-site. Shifts are Mon–Fri, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, with strict attendance requirements and a comprehensive background check process.
