Nationwide in Feltham, Greater London, is recruiting a Customer Representative for a permanent part-time role (28 hours per week, Mon-Thu). You’ll support customers in branch, over the phone, and online, guiding them through everyday transactions and digital tools.

You don’t need banking experience, but a customer-service mindset and comfort with technology will help you thrive. Training starts soon, with a pro-rated salary for part-time hours.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers into the branch and understand their needs to offer trusted help with banking
• Handle transactions and queries accurately while prioritising security and fairness
• Guide customers through banking products and services that fit their needs
• Work closely with colleagues in a busy branch to deliver excellent customer service
• Follow processes, spot issues, and escalate concerns to protect customers and Nationwide
