Job summary

HSBC is hiring a Customer Service Consultant in the United Kingdom to join our Branch Customer Service Team. You will educate customers on our digital platforms, help them choose how to bank, and actively raise fraud awareness while supporting vulnerable customers.

A friendly, empathetic communicator with a passion for service is key; previous customer service experience is helpful but not essential. You’ll receive full training in-branch over 9 days, a starting salary of £27,200 for 35 hours
