Job summary

HSBC is seeking a Customer Service Consultant in the UK to provide outstanding service, educate customers on digital platforms, and promote financial inclusion. You’ll identify vulnerable customers, support complex banking needs, and help deliver a personalised, friendly experience while working 35 hours per week across typical branch hours.

Training is provided, with a starting salary of £27,200 plus a discretionary annual bonus.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate excellent communication skills enabling effective conversations and empathy.
• Ability to take ownership of customer enquiries through to resolution with personalized service.
• Be adaptable to a changing environment and deliver a consistently high standard of service.
