Job summary

HSBC is seeking a Customer Service Consultant for its Bristol area branch. The role focuses on delivering outstanding service, educating customers to use digital platforms, and promoting financial inclusion.

The successful candidate will support vulnerable customers and help with more complex banking needs while upholding HSBC standards. The role includes full training in-branch, a 35-hour workweek (Mon-Fri 09:00-17:00 and Sat 09:00-13:30), and a salary starting at £26,000 with a discretionary
