Job summary

HSBC in the United Kingdom is seeking a Customer Service Consultant to join our Branch Customer Service Team. You will educate customers on our digital platforms, help with more complex banking needs, and act on fraud awareness to protect customers.

This full-time role is 35 hours per week, typically Monday to Friday 09:00-17:00 with Saturday morning shifts. Training is provided, and a starting salary of £27,200 plus a discretionary bonus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• First point of contact in branch Customer Service Team.
• Educate customers on HSBC digital services and fraud awareness.
