Job summary

HSBC is seeking a Customer Service Consultant to deliver outstanding service and educate customers on digital banking options. You will identify vulnerable customers and support them while handling more complex banking needs with a friendly, proactive approach.

You will receive full in-branch training over 9 days and work 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday 09:00-17:00 and Saturday 09:00-13:30. HSBC values diverse and inclusive workplaces and offers a strong benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact in the Branch Customer Service Team and address individual customer needs to deliver an exceptional experience.
• Educate customers about HSBC digital services and fraud awareness.
• Identify customers in vulnerable situations and determine how best to support them.
• Assist customers with more complex banking needs to ensure they feel supported.
