Teleperformance in Glasgow is seeking a Customer Expert to handle inbound calls and chats for Virgin Money/Nationwide. The role starts on 11 January 2027 and is a full-time, permanent position based at the client site, with initial training at the Glasgow office.

Shifts run Monday to Friday, 8:00am–6:00pm. A comprehensive background check is required and first 8 weeks have no time-off. You will contribute to outstanding customer care and loyalty.
