A global financial services firm is seeking a proactive professional to provide operational support in Private Banking. You'll assist Client Advisors in managing client onboarding and documentation while ensuring high standards of client satisfaction. The ideal candidate holds a degree in finance, law, or business and possesses strong communication and organizational skills. This role emphasizes discretion and teamwork, making it essential for candidates to be detail-oriented and customer-focused.
You will provide support to team consisting of Client Advisors in all facets of daily business routine, while maintaining awareness of and sensitivity to confidential nature of Private Banking clients. This role will include client communication. You will work in a team-oriented environment with client advisors, client service specialists, integrated team members, operations and technology teams to fulfil requests. You would be passionate about client service and will use communication and relationship management skills to ensure an exceptional level of client satisfaction.
