Overview

Bank Team Leader - Prestemede, Presteigne, LD8 2DE. Salary: £14.38 per hour. Shaw Healthcare is a Real Living Wage Employer and the UK's largest employee-owned healthcare company. This is a Bank Contract (As/When). Location: Prestemede.

Shaw healthcare is looking for a Residential Team Leader to join the team at Prestemede. You will join a team that is fully committed to making a difference to the lives of those who we provide care for. The needs of our service users are at the centre of all we do every single day.

Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership as a Team Leader to residential care for older people.
  • Build strong relationships with service users, families, and health care professionals; keep the Line Manager informed with residents\' needs and progress.
  • Ensure care plans are written and followed; write up care plans as required.
  • Follow guidelines and policies; work with the latest care technology to spend more time with service users.
  • Support flexible working to secure work/life balance where possible.
Qualifications
  • Experience working with older people in residential care.
  • Flexible, patient, caring, organized; strong communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Completed or working towards QCF 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).

We will provide full training, including our leadership programme which can support your development and opportunities for progression within Shaw.

Salary  & Hours

Salary: £14.38 per hour

Working Hours: Bank Contract As/When
