Bank Residential Team Leader Responsibilities
  • Lead by example, providing guidance and support on shift to promote best practice.
  • Administer and record medication safely in line with Shaw policies and procedures.
  • Report changes in residents' needs or well‑being promptly to the Line Manager.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families and colleagues.
  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date care plans and documentation.
  • Experience working with older people in residential care.
Bank Residential Team Leader Qualifications
  • Completed or working towards your NVQ/QCF Level 3 Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
