Job summary

CYGNET is seeking a Bank Care & Support Worker for Longfield House in Clayton, Bradford. You will deliver person-centred care on bank shifts, supporting adults with learning disabilities and complex needs, while safeguarding and promoting independence.

Responsibilities

• Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for service users.
• Provide guidance and encouragement through physical and emotional support.
• Learn about individuals’ specific needs and provide help in the most appropriate way.
• Assist with medical and welfare needs and report as required.
• Safeguard service users and maintain a safe environment.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for all.
