Job summary

CYGNET is seeking a Bank Support Worker to provide compassionate care at Fairways, Suffolk. You will join a team delivering person-centred support to adults with learning disabilities and complex needs, working flexible bank shifts of 12.25 hours.

The role emphasizes safeguarding, confidence in handling medical needs, and maintaining a clean, safe environment. You’ll be supported with coaching, appraisal and discounts, while DBS checks are enhanced as part of welfare and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Passion for delivering excellent care.
• Enhanced DBS check is required.
• Experience in care setting is beneficial.

• Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all the people in our care.
• Provide guidance & encouragement through physical & emotional support.
