Job summary

Cygnet Fountains in Blackburn is seeking Bank Support Workers to join a high-dependency inpatient rehabilitation service for men with severe mental illness. You will work bank hours delivering enhanced care, providing physical and emotional support, and helping service users with their daily needs in a safe environment.

The role emphasizes compassionate communication, teamwork, and the ability to empower service users.
