Job summary

Cygnet is recruiting a Bank Support Worker for Elston House in the UK. You will work flexible bank shifts providing care and support to adults with autism and learning disabilities in a specialist residential setting.

Elston House focuses on safety, independence and community integration, offering guidance and support to residents, with ongoing coaching and supervision. DBS check is required for successful candidates.

We are looking for an outstanding Bank Support Worker with a passion for delivering excellent care.

You’ll be working flexible bank shifts at Elston House.

Elston House is a specialist residential service for adults with autism and learning disabilities, who may also present with behaviours that challenge. We aim to provide a safe, comfortable and effective care environment for those in our care, promoting independence and community integration.

Day-to-Day

• Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all our service users, patients & residents
• Provide guidance and encouragement through physical & emotional support
• Learn about individuals’ specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate way
• Assist with medical & welfare needs and report as required
• Safeguard
