Job summary

Cygnet Group is seeking an outstanding Bank Support Worker to join our specialist residential service at Broughton Lodge. You will help deliver person-centred care to adults with autism and a learning disability, working as part of a multi-disciplinary team.

The role offers flexible bank shifts, training and development, and a range of benefits including discounts and holiday allowance. Successful candidates will require an enhanced DBS check.

We are looking for an outstanding Bank Support Worker with a passion for delivering excellent care.

You'll have the opportunity to work bank shifts atBroughton Lodge. This is a specialist residential service for adults with autism and a learning disability who may present with behaviours that may be of concern.

We aim to provide a safe, comfortable and effective environment for those in our care, promoting independence and community integration. On site we have a multi-disciplinary team (MDT) who assist and support us to provide outcome based care and support pathways.

Your day-to-day

• Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all the people in our care
• Provide guidance & encouragement through physical & emotional support
• Learn about individuals' specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate way
