Job summary

Cygnet Old Leigh House in Leigh-on-Sea, UK, is seeking a Bank Support Worker to join our compassionate care team. You’ll provide flexible bank shifts, delivering high‑quality support to men living with a learning disability and complex needs, alongside those with mental and physical health needs.

You will help with daily living, safety, and welfare, report on medical needs, and support independence. The role offers training, career development, and a range of employee benefits through Cygnet,

Old Leigh House supports men living with a learning disability and complex needs. The team can also support those who have mental and physical health needs, as well as behaviours that may challenge and a history of offending.
