Job summary

CYGNET is seeking Bank Support Workers to join the team at Cygnet St Augustine's. The role covers flexible bank shifts to support men in a 32-bed inpatient rehabilitation setting. You will provide physical and emotional support, assist with welfare needs, and help residents work towards community living.

DBS check is required; DBS enhanced check may be requested. The position offers flexible shifts with overtime potential, regular coaching and supervision, and supportive peer networks.
