Job summary

Cygnet in Suffolk is seeking a Bank Support Worker to join Fairways, providing care for adults with learning disabilities and complex needs. Shifts are flexible bank roles with 12.25 hours per shift, based in a village setting and designed to support round-the-clock care through person-centred planning.

We are looking for an outstanding Bank Support Worker with a passion for delivering excellent care.

You'll have the opportunity to work flexible bank shifts (12.25 hours each shift) at Fairways.

Located in a beautiful Suffolk village, Fairways supports adults with learning disabilities and associated complex needs who may have behaviours that challenge. The home provides longer term placements for individuals who require round the clock care and support. Person-centred planning is at the heart of everything we do based on each individual's specific need.
