CYGNET in Bradford is seeking a confident Care & Support Worker to provide person-centred care for adults with learning disabilities at Longfield House.

You will work full time (42 hours weekly) on 12‑hour shifts, including alternate weekends, with on‑site duties and a strong focus on safety, independence, and community access.
