Overview

Are you ready to make a real difference in people\'s lives and have fun while doing it? The role of a Senior Support Worker involves supervising and delegating tasks to a dedicated team of support workers to deliver values-based support to the highest standards to the people we support. You will support adults with various conditions including learning disabilities (LD), dementia, mental health and other physical conditions on a person-centred basis, from following care plans to administering medication and assisting with daily living.

You will supervise staff members and delegate responsibilities to ensure values-based support is delivered to the highest standard. Previous support worker experience is essential.

On joining Making Space, you will receive on-the-job training and have the opportunity to undertake professional qualifications if desired and required for your role.

Salary and Hours

Salary: £13.35 per hour

Hours: Bank
