The Receptionist is one of the most visible roles in ourHomes and is the first member of the team that visitors or people telephoningthe home will probably speak to. You will therefore play an important role inproviding the highest possible customer service to our residents and theirfamilies. The Receptionist also reports into the Home Administrator, so willprovide valuable administrative support in ensuring the smooth running of theHome.
