This is a Bank Nurse role with Elysium Healthcare, a leading provider of specialist neurological rehabilitation and complex care services. The role offers flexibility to choose your own shifts, competitive hourly rates, and the opportunity to work in a unique and historic setting at Badby Park in Daventry, Northamptonshire. As a UK Registered Nurse, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality, person-centered care to individuals with neurological conditions, acquired brain and spinal cord injuries.

Main duties of the job

As a Bank Nurse at Elysium Healthcare, you'll have the freedom to choose your own shifts and work as little or as much as you like, with weekday, night, and weekend shifts regularly available. You'll work alongside the clinical team at Badby Park to provide compassionate, person-centered care to individuals with complex neurological needs. The service operates 24/7, and you'll be on a zero-hour contract, giving you the flexibility to fit your nursing work around your lifestyle. What you will be doing:

You will be working alongside the clinical teams at Badby Park to care for people with neurological illnesses, acquired brain and spinal cord injuries, where you will deliver person-centred care where each individual is at the heart of everything you do.

This specialist inpatient neurological rehabilitation and complex care service which boasts extensive facilities that cater for specific needs of the residents that is set in acres of stunning countryside on the outskirts of Daventry.

Badby Park is a grand manor house steeped in history with stunning views, excellent facilities and a tranquil setting. Good road links makes it easily commutable from Daventry, Rugby, Northampton and Banbury.

The service operates 24/7 with 12.5 hour standard shifts. As a nurse on our bank you’ll be on a zero hour contract, giving you the freedom to choose which shifts you want to work each week.

Qualifications

• To be eligible for this role, you'll need to be a UK Registered Nurse (RMN, RNLD, RGN) with a relevant nursing qualification and NMC registration. Previous experience in a similar setting, strong team-working skills, a high level of self-motivation, and a positive, caring, and compassionate attitude are also essential.
