Essential Criteria

• Advanced Clinical Practitioner – Registered with the NMC or HCPC, educated to degree level; recognised teaching or mentorship qualification or experience; registered current Non Medical Prescriber qualification; significant experience in elderly care, frailty, community services or relevant acute care specialty
• GPwSI / Specialist Doctor - Frailty / Combined Medic / GPWSI / Specialty Doctor - Care of the Elderly – Full GMC registration or eligibility to be on the register and holding a current license to practice; minimum 4 years post graduate experience (or equivalent part-time); experience of inpatient or community MDT work; experience of treating elderly patients and long-term conditions; evidence of post graduate CPD and ability to implement new developments and treatments
• Specialist Doctor - Virtual Ward – Registered with the GMC; recognised teaching or mentorship qualification; significant experience in elderly care, frailty, community services or relevant acute care specialty; highly specialised clinical and technical skills in managing a range of conditions; proven experience in leading and managing a multidisciplinary team; proven skills in managing complex patient/service user caseloads; experience in clinical audit and quality improvement projects

Role-Specific Bank Opportunities

Join the Bank at HCRG Care Group as Medical Staff across the BSW patch. Roles include:

• Advanced Clinical Practitioner - Inpatients Unit (£31.03 per hour)
• GPwSI / Specialist Doctor - Frailty (up to £80.00 per hour, depending on experience)
• Combined Medic (up to £80.00 per hour, depending on experience)
• Specialist Doctor - Virtual Ward (up to £80.00 per hour, depending on experience)
• GPWSI / Specialty Doctor - Care of the Elderly (up to £80.00 per hour, depending on experience)
