Job summary

Agincare is seeking an experienced Care Team Leader at The Coombs to lead a supportive home for residents and guide a care team. You will oversee personal care, daily living activities, and meaningful outings while maintaining high standards of safety and compassion.

The role offers competitive pay (£14.50 per hour) with flexible, bank-based hours including weekends, plus benefits such as funded training up to QCF Level 5 and pension. Join a growing UK care provider with a strong community focus.

Qualifications

• 12 months right to work in the UK.
• At least 2 years experience in social care.
• QCF Level 2 or above.
• Bank contract requiring flexibility to cover days and weekends.
• Zero hour contract.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example, providing high-quality care and companionship.
• Support residents with personal care and daily living.
• Encourage independence and wellbeing.
• Plan and take part in meaningful activities and outings.
• Oversee medication administration and accurate record-keeping.
• Work closely with families and healthcare professionals.
• Support and guide the care team, stepping up in the absence of senior management.

We are looking for:

• Minimum 12 months right to work in the UK


• At least 2 years experience in social care


• QCF Level 2 (or above)


• This is a bank contract, so you must be flexible to work days and weekends as and when required


• Zero hour contract

Your role:
