As a Bank Bookings Administrator, you will act as the first point of contact for patients, visitors, and healthcare professionals contacting the hospital. You will be responsible for: Taking calls from patients, confirming next steps, and answering queries with professionalism and empathy Sending admission forms and ensuring all information is captured accurately Supporting the clinical teams with admin tasks like recording patient notes and processing payments Completing spreadsheets, managing records, and ensuring "back office" tasks are carried out to a high standard This position plays a vital role in supporting organisational communication and delivering a high standard of customer service within a healthcare environment.
The Patient Support Centre operates Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 6:00pm, with shifts scheduled within these hours on an as-needed basis.
