We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Advanced Pharmacist to join our client’s team in Bournemouth. This role involves providing advanced pharmaceutical care and services, ensuring the safe and effective use of medications, and contributing to the overall health and wellbeing of clients.
The Advanced Pharmacist will be responsible for managing complex medication regimens, conducting clinical reviews, and providing expert advice on pharmaceutical matters. This role includes collaborating with healthcare professionals to optimise patient care, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and participating in clinical audits. The pharmacist will also be involved in educating clients about their medications, supporting the development of pharmacy services, and leading research initiatives to advance the field of pharmacy.
