Job Title: Rotational Senior Pharmacist
Banding: Band 7
Location: Whitechapel, Greater London
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Start Date: ASAP
Rate: £28 – £32 per hour
Duration: 2-3 months

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Rotational Pharmacist to join our esteemed client in Whitechapel. This role involves coordinating the Immunoglobulin panel across North East London (NEL), managing daily referrals for Immunoglobulin (Ig) therapy, and supporting the anticoagulant clinic. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring efficient medication management, liaising with healthcare professionals, and maintaining compliance with NHS protocols and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Rotational Pharmacist, you will be responsible for coordinating the Immunoglobulin panel, ensuring timely processing of referrals, and supporting clinical decision-making regarding Ig therapy. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including consultants, nurses, and pharmacists, to ensure optimal patient care. Additionally, you will provide specialist support to the anticoagulant clinic, ensuring safe and effective anticoagulation management. Maintaining accurate records, monitoring patient outcomes, and ensuring adherence to clinical guidelines will be key aspects of this role.

Qualifications & Experience
  • GPhC registration (essential).
  • Degree in Pharmacy or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in Immunoglobulin therapy coordination and anticoagulation management.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
