About the role:

The Pharmacy team at Pulse is seeking a dedicated and experienced Specialist Pharmacist to join our Clinical Services team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a dynamic and supportive environment, providing high-quality pharmaceutical care to our patients.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Delivering clinical pharmacy services to patients.
  • Ensuring the safe, effective, and economical use of medicines.
  • Providing expert advice on pharmaceutical matters to healthcare professionals.
  • Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings.
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of clinical guidelines and protocols.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in pharmacy or equivalent.
  • Experience in clinical pharmacy services.
  • Minimum of 2 years of hospital or practice-based pharmacy experience.
  • Desirable: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
