Job Title : Haematology/Oncology Pharmacist Location : London, Greater London Banding: Band 7 Start: ASAP Duration: 3 months Rate : £3 0 - £ 37 Working hours: Monday – Friday, 37,5 hours per week

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Band 7 Haematology/Oncology Pharmacy professional to join our client's team in London. This role involves providing specialised pharmacy services to clients with haematology and oncology conditions. The successful candidate will be an integral part of the healthcare team, ensuring the safe and effective use of medications in the treatment of cancer and blood disorders.

What will your responsibilities be :

The Band 7 Haematology/Oncology Pharmacy professional will be responsible for managing and dispensing medications for haematology and oncology patients. Duties include collaborating with healthcare providers to develop and implement treatment plans, providing medication counselling, and monitoring patient outcomes. The role also involves ensuring compliance with clinical guidelines, maintaining accurate records, and participating in multidisciplinary team meetings. Responsibilities also include training and mentoring junior staff, developing standard operating procedures, and staying updated with the latest advancements in haematology and oncology pharmacy practice.
